Benny Gutmark has a doctorate in psychology with a focus on organizational psychology and a degree in computer science. With this background, he has worked as a management consultant for financial service providers for over 25 years. His professional focus is on risk management and credit management, compliance and process development. Dr. Gutmark works for our clients, mostly as a program, multi-project or project manager or business analyst or process manager.
Hans Radtke
Managing partner, Frankfurt
Hans Radtke is a business IT specialist and has been working as a management consultant and certified risk manager (FRM) for financial service providers for over 25 years. His professional focus is on risk management of the trading book, regulatory reporting and compliance. He also deals with the use of machine learning and artificial intelligence as well as robotic process automation. Mr. Radtke is always personally involved with our clients, usually as a program, multi-project or project manager or scrum master or product owner.
Sebastian Ipach
Managing partner, Luxembourg
Sebastian Ipach has been managing partner of Gutmark, Radtke & Company S.à rl, Luxembourg, since 2011. He has been working in auditing and audit-related consulting for banks and asset managers for around 16 years and specializes in regulatory requirements in the financial sector. After his training at Deutsche Bank, his studies at the Deutsche Bundesbank University of Applied Sciences and the University of Saarbrücken, he worked for the auditing firm KPMG for 7 years. Sebastian Ipach speaks fluent German, English and French and is a member of the Ordre des Experts-Comptables de Luxembourg and Candidat des Réviseurs d`Entreprises.

Do we also offer internships?
The short answer to this is: yes! GRCO offers students both internships and long-term student positions.
The requirements for this are an ongoing study in the areas of business administration, mathematics, physics, computer science or psychology as well as the opportunity to occasionally work on-site in Frankfurt as part of a hybrid workplace.
As an intern, you will primarily work on the development of new consulting tools, while as a working student you will also have the opportunity to support our teams in customer projects due to the longer time horizon.
