Can I find out if I am a mover?
This is exactly why we are currently developing a new personality test with which we want to help companies not only identify their “movers”, but also promote and use them in such a way that they can have the greatest impact.
If you take part in this test, we will provide you with a personality profile and, if you wish, we can explain this to you in a one-on-one interview. Here we can see which areas you might be able to expand further - and how.
In return, we receive a pseudonymized data set that we can use to train our model.
So what's in it for me?
If you also provide us with your email address (optional), we can provide you with an evaluation and, if you wish, explain it in a personal conversation. We look at your profile along 13 dimensions, which we use to shed light on the most important characteristics of a mover.
