Hans Radtke is a business IT specialist and has been working as a management consultant and certified risk manager (FRM) for financial service providers for over 25 years. His professional focus is on risk management of the trading book, regulatory reporting and compliance. He also deals with the use of machine learning and artificial intelligence as well as robotic process automation. Mr. Radtke is always personally involved with our clients, usually as a program, multi-project or project manager or scrum master or product owner.

Sebastian Ipach has been managing partner of Gutmark, Radtke & Company S.à rl, Luxembourg, since 2011. He has been working in auditing and audit-related consulting for banks and asset managers for around 16 years and specializes in regulatory requirements in the financial sector. After his training at Deutsche Bank, his studies at the Deutsche Bundesbank University of Applied Sciences and the University of Saarbrücken, he worked for the auditing firm KPMG for 7 years. Sebastian Ipach speaks fluent German, English and French and is a member of the Ordre des Experts-Comptables de Luxembourg and Candidat des Réviseurs d`Entreprises.
